Seafood with saffron Spanish style
Ingredients
- 300 g shrimps
- 7 langoustines
- olive oil
- 200 g clams
- a pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- finely chopped parsley
- pepper and salt
- saffron
Instructions
Step 1
Peel about 300 g of prawns and 7 langoustines and sauté in a hot pan with olive oil, sautéing for about 5 minutes. Then add plenty of water, leaving the seafood to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Separately, peel 200 g of scallops and boil them in a saucepan until they fall apart on their own. Then put a little olive oil in a pan and sauté a finely chopped pepper. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves with a little finely chopped parsley, saffron, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Peel the squid and cut it into rounds, then add it to the vegetables along with the peeled clams, including about 400 g of rice and the shrimp with juice. Stir everything well from time to time and leave everything on the heat for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
After the seafood and rice have cooked properly let the dish rest for a few minutes and then garnish as desired, preferably with some seafood previously saved from the boiling and cleaning steps.
We wish you bon appétit!
